The easiest way to Prepare:

- Boil 10 cups of water and brew the he shou wu for approximately 2 hours over low fire. Longer brewing provides deeper extraction from the herb so you may opt to boil it longer as wanted. Then strain the herbs off when done.

- Blend He Shou Wu decoction with the cut shitake. Simmer it for roughly 30 minutes.

- Switch off the heat then let it cool for a few minutes. Then take one cup of liquid and place it in a blender with the Miso then mix till it becomes uniform in appearance.

- Transfer it back to the pot then stir to reach a smooth soup base. Ensure that the good bacteria are still present with the Miso when you placed it
