Hemp health has been making a stir in medical circles recently, not down to marijuana, but since these foods have reported benefits. This isn't some alternative fad or theory. Such foods are becoming increasingly accepted by many mainstream doctors.

Hemp oil, milk, seeds and snacks are getting praise since they are a valuable source of the omega fatty acids, both 3 and 6, that might well be good for both your heart and brain. These amino naturally occurring in different areas of cannabis plants, could aid tissue repair and improve your cardiovascular health. There are lots of ways to enjoy the many properties this plant has to offer.

Seeds are the prime source. They may be sprinkled over salads, eaten as a snack raw and added to other drinks, like fruit smoothies. The seeds can also be mixed into oatmeal and cereal for breakfast. These seeds are rich in protein and totally organic. They're available in a lot of food shops.

Milk is created from the seeds being crushed and added to water. This can be drunk as it is, or sweetened and flavored into delicious milkshakes. Strawberry and chocolate flavored milks are now widely available.

Oil and butter are also made from the pressed seeds. If the oil isn't to your taste, though it makes an excellent salad dressing, it can be taken in capsule form to deliver the great benefits. The butter is also made from shelled seeds, and can be spread like butter from cow's milk on all your favourite breads, bakery items or crackers.
