Sonic has had many activities and dangerous near misses. He did not do everything by himself. He had help from some of his closest thing friends. They are willing to help when the time comes.

Miles, better known as Tails, is without a doubt Sonic's closest friend. He is the weaker version of Sonic the Hedgehog, however has his own ability. What he does which Sonic cannot is flying high up in the sky.

Sonic can also benefit from Tails flying ability. Tails can pick up Sonic and lift him to places the Hedgehog would not be able to achieve on his own. As a good friend, Tails is a push over and a little bit too emotional when faced with hurdles. But he tries to discover strength within and overcome his fears.

Rosy the Rascal, also known as Amy Rose, is actually Sonic's love interest in the video games, comic books and cartoons. She has a bubbly personality and wishes to win over Sonic's heart.
For a small girl she certainly is strong. Simply look at her weapon, a big hammer. She uses this with skill and she's clobbered plenty of opponents with it.
Knuckles the Sidekick
Knuckles, the red rival, is a great buddy of Sonic. Both of them are very competitive though. This brings out the best in both of them. Unlike Tails who is a push over, Knuckles does not back down from anything.
Looking at Sonic his nearest
