A clipping mask is a cover that's placed on another object which hides the part of the object that falls outside the boundary. You do all these with a clipping mask download. The clipping path is nothing but a closed vector path or shape. It can be circular, square, triangular, rectangular, etc. Anything inside the path will be included, while those falling outside the path will be omitted.
The covering encloses the whole or part of the object in a defined shape. Any image layer can be changed to a clipped image, which takes on the dimension and shape of the layer beneath it. This is called the base layer. The unwanted parts of the layer are removed or omitted from view using the mask.
Draw the shape on the base layer and use its transparency to delete or omit the pixels in the image. You can alter the image to the desired effect. The image will also take the shape of the circle you have created in the base level.

Once the circular image is developed, you may want to change the shape. You don't have to repeat the process of creating layers, generating shape and transferring, or clipping image over again. With the clipping mask, it is not necessary.
You may choose to view only the image layer or the new layer, or even both the layers simultaneously on the screen if you'd like. Options are provided to allow their visibility. Give a definite shape to the new layer, and impose it on the image layer.
Basically, these steps involve creating the content layer and base layer. You give shape to the base layer and then clip the image. Once the two layers are generated, you just hold the Alt/Option button and click the dividing line between the two layers.
The cursor immediately changes to a pointing arrow to the left of the content layer, and tow the circles like in a Venn diagram. Just click the mouse and your job is done. Your photo or content layer will be clipped to the shape of the base layer. A right-angled downward arrow next to the clipped layer will denote this.
The software has provision for adding multiple layer on the layer palete. You can add different shapes, different backgrounds, and even texts in the base layer to match your ideal imagined content. Rather than pursuing a destructive edit option, you can alter or make changes in your image as many times as you like within a short period of time.
Suppose there's a building outside the window of your room, and you're taking a picture standing beside the window. Naturally, the building outside will give a dry effect to the picture. The veil's feature will allow you to add some beautiful scenery in the window cutting.
This mask allows you to save lot of time and encourages you to experiment on your. Another advantage is to reshape the base layer. Just use shape editing tools and
