Exposure to the sun is the largest factor when it comes to skin aging. I say it a ton, but I can't stress enough the importance of wearing a SPF 15 plus broad-spectrum sunscreen every day. You should also try to cover your skin, when possible, with protective clothing and hats. Also, remember that you need to protect the skin on your hands and arms as well.

2. Eat Healthy Foods
Eating healthy is good for your entire body, including your skin. Be sure to eat a well-rounded and healthy diet that includes fruits and vegetables, and whole grains.

3. Drink Your Water

Your body is made up of mostly water, so it makes sense that you would need enough of it for healthy skin. So, how much water should you drink to keep your skin healthy? Ignore the old eight glasses a day saying. Just drink enough so that you aren't thirsty.

4. Sleep Well And Sleep Right
