This might sound gross, but stay alert when you use a public restroom. Even if you suppose it is unimportant, the stall you select actually is important. The stall closest to the entrance is generally used less frequently than the others. This hints that there are not as many germs and by default, it is the most hygienic of all the restroom stalls. It also usually has the most toilet paper so you will not ever have to worry about needing to borrow any from your neighbor. And, of course, always wash your hands whenever you visit the restroom, even if it is just to brush your hair or blow your nose.

Use wipes instead of sprays when you clean your home. There are all sorts of spray cleaners that you can choose from when you want to clean your home. Your skin and eyes can be harmed when using spray cleaners, and if you breathe in the harsh chemicals they can hurt your lungs, too. Anyone who suffers from asthma, should definitely not use spray cleaners when cleaning their home. Everyone who cleans has a personal preference, and maybe you like using sprays, but even sprays made out of natural ingredients, are not as good for your cleaning as using a simple sponge.
