The truth about weight loss is that its not hard at all, but only if you are prepared to focus and work hard. I've been in your shoes trying to find a quick solution, the reality however is that there isn't one... hard work is the only way to lose weight. You need to change your mindset from lazy to active, its the only way to see real weight loss results. Unfortunately the sad reality is that there is no pill that exists to help you lose weight overnight.

Trust me no matter how boring it is the very first thing you need to do is actually read everything you can on the topic of weight loss. Try to borrow as many books as you can on the subject of weight loss from your friends and family. The best thing to do is to read as many books as you can on losing weight. Don't feel you have to stick to the most popular books only. Gaining as much knowledge as you possibly can is the best way to see positive results later.
The wonderful part of actually taking action is that you are now going to be able to see what works and what is just a waste of time. I am telling you from experience that you need to stop doing that which doesn't work as soon as you realize that it isn't working. At the same time you want to be doing more of that which does work. Keep on doing this again and again until you reach your ideal weight. Seriously people make losing weight a lot harder than it needs to be, in fact once you know what to do its easy!
