Women and men alike have to deal with the issue of fitness motivation. Lots of people find it difficult to begin or stick with a fitness program long enough to reap many benefits from it. For the lucky few, who are naturally focused and disciplined, this isn't a problem. Even those with apparently iron wills, however, have their setbacks and periods when exercise is a chore.
