I am a bit shocked whenever I hear that question, especially since they are frequently used at gymnasiums. If you still do not know what they are, you can find a wide amount of items on the Internet regarding them. A good strategy to constantly stay up to date in the world on kettlebells would be by subscribing to RSS feeds.
Now, for those who are saying to themselves, "RSS? I thought you were going to answer my last question about what are kettlebells?", hold your horses. RSS will help better explain you about the weights, what they are, and how they can be used. In fact, RSS will make your online life in general much simpler.
