Anytime you have disappointment, you can be pulled down into a lower state of intellect, whereby your thoughts are mainly grounded in fear, unhappiness, grief and even darkness. There might be times when the experience of disappointment is so overpowering that it feels as though the end of everything.

Becoming caught up in such a emotional state stops you from acting logically and well. The reality is, when working with disappointment, the first focus ought to be to bring your mind up to a more neutral or constructive level for example motivation, neutrality, willingness and good reason to ensure you are in an improved position to manage your problem.
To begin with, try to find positive activities where you could recharge yourself. It might be writing in your personal diary, playing games, walking around the block, watching a comedy movie or talking to optimistic friends. If taking a long walk around your town makes you more calm, then leave your your home and take pleasure in the sunshine right outside.
