Three day version of this program is as follows. Week one, upper part is exercised on Monday while Wednesday is reserved for lower body. Friday is a day for you to do upper body exercise. Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday you are going to rest.

Week number two, one will workout their lower part on Mondays while on Tuesdays, a person is expected to rest. Wednesday is reserved for upper body exercise while Friday is meant for lower body exercise. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday are the off days. If one is faithful in following the recommendation, within a matter of time you get ripped. The good thing is that you are not paying gym membership.
