Your Self-Worth:: Who Loves Ya?

By Phylipa Dinnen

One of the biggest fears of many humans is their self-worth.

Most people who truly want to know themselves need to hear that they're better than others, that they're needed; that they have value. They want to leave a legacy and be remembered. The idea of living for our three score years and ten, or even more it seems these days, is that we can look back on a life that has been well-lived with a story that is deserving of a book. And it's my belief that many of us do have a story that has value and is interesting to others.

So how can we find our story? Only by being true to ourselves; by finding out and living who we really are; by letting go of that great expectation of us to be somebody, to be something, rather than just being part of the team. Each one of us comes to this planet with a purpose. Few of us will find that purpose if we're educated in the confined structure of our present schooling system. Instead we are put into a "mixer" and blended so that we become integrated into the current social structure. Unless a certain proportion of 'masses' are purposefully "dumbed down", there will be no one in mind-numbing jobs in hypermarkets, superstores or factories as these jobs rarely allow any possibility of self-worth or self-growth.

Most of us have no idea of what we can achieve if we accept this "homogenisation" process developed for us during the last hundred years or so. Within us there is another being pining to be free, but we've been mentally conditioned to be a cog in the machine that makes the world function. Is that idea of liberty possible?

We do have a specific purpose here; we've all got our own story. Living it gives us a huge level of satisfaction. We are all good at what we are designed to do. It's in our genetic blueprint. It's what we are already doing. When we live according to our genetic blueprint we find that we love and honour ourselves; until we are able to love ourselves, nobody else can possibly love us. Something in our aura shifts; it becomes genuine and a genuine aura feels good to others. We become seductive!

If you want to know more about what your purpose is so that you can start living your truth right away, then it's time to consider a Human Design Analysis. It takes seven years to decondition and become your true self so don't wait too long. Children particularly should be brought up to know and understand who they are and be treated appropriately. It is their birth right to have a real life and not become a part of the struggle that their parents had.
