While it may not be a requirement to complete some of these challenges, you will want to do them all in order to gain more equipment, tools, and experience that will help you do better in the game and advance faster. Certain quests might need to be done for the game to progress while others may open up more quests that will help you in the game.
So what do you do if you start a quest and realize that you can't complete it? If you work on other areas of the game and allow your character to gain experience or items, they may become more capable of completing the task that was so difficult before. Many online forums and discussion boards talk more about these challenges that are found in the game world. They will also offer you advice on what you should do if you get stuck.
