As a personal trainer Del Mar, I've often been asked if it is achievable for somebody to be more muscular than they plan to be? Yes, but it is very impossible that it can happen to you. There are rare people who acquire the hereditary potential for their muscles to become excessively large from weight training (just like professional bodybuilders do). On the other hand, inheriting those genetics is rare. More than 99% of us having absolutely nothing to worry about with regards to getting too muscular. (And in the rare case that a muscle group becomes too big, it's a super simple dilemma to fix - just decrease the intensity of workout on that muscle group.)

As a personal Trainer del Mar, I know that as opposed to the fear of getting extremely muscular, building muscles for almost all people is usually hard and complicated. Based on how much muscle mass an individual has lost from aging, it may not even be possible to gain back all the muscle that's disappeared with age. It's an error for you to bother about becoming too muscular. So really press yourself and weaken your muscle tissues as deeply as possible at the end of each set of repetitions, performing everything you can to recover every ounce of body shaping, calorie burning muscle tissue that is achievable, and that will be a major step toward countering the impact of getting older and making your body more radiant.
