Tips on how to grow taller naturally?

Being tall comes with a lot of benefits. Being tall will allow you to make strong strides, reach higher than others, not mentioning that being tall will give you the ability to have a bird's view of what happening.

Let's face it; there are thousands of people out there who are like you, looking n ways to increase in height. They feel that they are not tall enough, and hence they should do something to grow taller. The problem though is that to some, very little or nothing that can be done to make them increase in height, once they reach certain age-lucky you!
The height of a person is determines by environmental and genetic effects. Though there are other factors we shall dwell on the below few ways which you can use to influence you on how to get the desired heights;

However this doesn't mean that cases where both parents are short will mean that the child can not be a towering giant. Drugs and alcohol intake especially when ingested at young age can give you problems with health and your body growth too.
