To get started you are looking for a photograph of a wish or goal and repetitively see it in your mind. Seeing yourself already having achieved the objective makes your subconsciousness consider that this is your reality. Repeatedly having the image of what you want achieved, will turn it into its form in your reality.

Open a publication or a picture book and look for a picture that represents the goal or desire to you. Study it into detail, then close your eyes and imagine it in front of your closed eyes. After a few moments open your eyes and compare what details you have been able to remember from the image of the magazine or picture book. Do ti again. Close your eyes, visualize the photo and after a few moments open them and compare. Do that repeatedly and do this exercise for a few days or longer.

As a next step watch your surroundings and then determine a situation happening as if you watch a video. Close your eyes and watch it. It truly is an inner movie. While the scene is the situation you desire, repeat it often until you wish is getting reality.

You can see this inner movie from different perspectives. You can vary from what perspective you see the situation. You could even see yourself tell someone about it, as if it has already happened.

To get the picture is getting easier if you happen to create a vision board with images that you see several times a day. With the time you will notice that your inner movie is clearly on your mind the moment you think of it. If you make a digital vision board that is a video consisting of images and affirmations, and watch it in the morning and at night, you will activate incredibly powers. You can find a software program, which provides you with the ability to control the transparency of your digital vision board, called mind movie. As you watch it in the morning and at night you have the transparency low, because you want to see all consciously. You put the transparency high, to make sure that you barely see it, and have it run on your screen while you work on your computer or laptop.

The better the images, that you've chosen, are representing your wish or goal, the more effective the visualization may possibly be. Visualizing is hard. You should fully concentrate to make clear images or movies in your head. A great support to visualize more effectively, are mind movies, which you watch at least twice a day and have them play on your screen when you work. Visualizing has to be exercised. The moment you see images clearly, you will quicker and quicker manifest all you want. Understand that the realization of your first wish can takes more than a year, the next wish might be fulfilled in less than six months, the next wish in less than three months and it will become easier and easier to visualize. Always visualize as if your goals are achieved and your wishes are fulfilled. What are your wishes? Make a list and start to see them already manifested. Make your first mind movie to make this process faster. Start exercising to see your better future this night, short before you fall asleep and make this a daily habit.
