Chi Kung: A Near Death Experience

By Jeff Simonton

DOCTOR Ted Cibik knew he desired to commit his life to health as well as Qigong at a really little age as well as for a very profound reason ... he died. Two times really. Immediately after he was five and also when again when he was 12.

As a child Dr. Cibik suffered from severe asthma and was declared to be one of the ten worst cases in the world. When he was five he suffered an asthma attack that lasted five days and resulted in his being hospitalized. Eventually he flat-lined for nearly 15 minutes while undergoing an experimental procedure, was declared dead and given his last rites.

Ted Cibik said that the physicians were astounded when he came back to life after that length of time. It is something that almost never occurs.

Ted Cibik was asked to recount his memories to medical doctors as well as psychotherapists multiple times, as they followed his case in the hope of learning something new from his experience.

The second time Dr. Cibik died took place in a different medical center and lasted very few minutes. Each near demise experience created more significant understandings concerning his views, his partnerships to other people, as well as the globe in general.

At that point his parents said martial arts was not in the cards. However his educator made a special offer that he would teach martial abilities, as long as Ted initially learned the best ways to meditate. The meditations would turned out to an essential device.

Ted managed to make it till the ripe advanced year of 18 before his next significant life difficulties: a serious car accident, which was later followed several months afterward by a prognosis of having bone cancer.

Ted managed to make it until the ripe old age of 18 prior to his next major life challenges: a serious vehicle mishap, and then several months later a medical diagnosis of having bone cancer.

At Ted Cibik's clinic, Inner Strength, He combines the insights and durability he got throughout his youth, along with his substantial education as a PhD, Naturopathic Doctor, Doctor of Medical Qigong, and also HFI Certified International Elite Personal Trainer, to manage his patients in a comprehensive as well as integrated strategy to medication.

Many options are available at Inner Strength and the integrative health practices have been helpful to hundreds of people.

Whenever Dr. Cibik reflects on his life and the lessons learned he is fond of telling his students that sometimes Karma hurts. However he believes that it is through these difficult events and our reactions to them that our future is shaped. "I'm alive and well today and I feel great," says Dr. Cibik. He found his own inner strength and the many people who have been successfully treated by him are certainly thankful for it.
